Please help? I need a plan toning plan..?

okay, so im 12. I just moved to a new school.. I'm about 5'8 180 pounds.. My voice is in the process of changing, so i get teased fer that.. & im also a bit overweight. I would like to loose 30 or 40 pounds. so if anyone could give me a good weight loss program that would really help! :) i'd also really appreciate a good at home martial arts type program? Something that improves fighting skills? I would also like to work on my abs & triceps but that's another question. So here's the workout equipment i have at hand. I have a exercise ball; a few dumbbells i think they're 2 two pounders, 2 five pounders and 2 ten pounders..

since you're young, it shouldn't be hard at all for you to lose weight. plus it'll be easy for you to start now, and continue into your teens when most people get out of shape. the best thing for you to start with in order to lose weight would be to make sure you're eating healthy. eat lots of fruit/vegetables every day. some good ideas are apple slices with peanut butter on them, or celery sticks with cheez whiz. its best if you eat whenever you feel hungry, but make sure whatever you're eating is good for you.
the second thing you probably want to do in order to lose weight is to get in better cardiovascular shape (this means you have a stronger heart and lungs). you can do this by running, riding a bike, swimming, skating, rollerblading, almost anything! when you do cardiovascular training, find a good pace that you can maintain for about 15 or 20 minutes, and try to go that long without stopping. your pace is good when you're breathing quickly but you can still talk a little bit. do that 3-5 times a week for a month and you should start to see some results.
weight training, you can do on the side, a couple times a week. google some easy exercises, maybe start with bicep curls, things like that. it'll take longer to see results but supplementing it with the cardiovascular training will really help.

So what is that oil that comes out with bowel movements and gas? Is the oil in the pill to help your meal slide right out of you or what? Have you had successful weight loss from these?

it's supposed to block fat absorption and that oily substance is the fat that wasn't absorbed.
