Ok so I have a cousin who is the same age as I am. We really only see each other once a year at Christmas. So she always invites me to a party she may be having and if we see each other on the street she wil speak, but other than that we never really talk.
How can we become like REALLY good friends. If it helps we are both 16 and im a boy and she is a girl.
